- If no contact can be made within 10 days of sending the order request, the request will be automatically canceled, and you will need to submit a new order request.

3) Payment

4) Product delivery and shipping costs

- Provincial capitals: 2-3 working days
- Other areas: 2-3 working days (remote areas up to 4 days)
The company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or factors beyond its control. The company will make every effort to notify you of any delays and arrange alternative delivery.
In case of unexpected unavailability, the company will attempt to contact you for product replacement or order cancellation with a full, interest-free refund.
